Every Monday and Wednesday Afternoon
High school and middle school students can receive academic
help from volunteer adult coaches or volunteer to coach
elementary school students and earn community service hours. To

Pam Flowers and her team of eight Alaskan huskies traveled alone 2,500 miles across Arctic America in a successful
attempt to complete the longest solo dog sled expedition by a woman in recorded history. All eight dogs returned
home healthy and happy! The co-author of Alone Across the Arctic, Big Enough Anna, and
Douggie,
Pam will be sharing slides and talking about her amazing journey. People of all ages will enjoy this program.

census takers for the 2010 Census. These short-term jobs offer
good pay, flexible hours, paid training, and reimbursement for
