Christmas Crafts

Looking to be creative this Christmas? Don’t have a lot of money to spend and out of fresh ideas? Card stamping, beading, picture frames, natural cosmetics, magazine bowls and pocket shrines will be available to make great holiday gifts. We’ll serve pizza after Shopper’s Day Out for those who did the child care and then get started with the crafts.

Itching to discuss the new book you're reading? Want to know what other teens are reading?  Want to know what's new in teen lit without having to talk about it with your English teacher? Then come to our book club. Hang out and talk books!

The advisory board for Teens meets monthly.  If you're interested in developing programs, doing community service for the library, talking pop culture, musing and interesting books, and eating pizza, contact Deb Motley @ 248-693-3001 or dmotley@orionlibrary.org.  Also looks good on resumes and college applications down the road.
